But this tweak on a mule, created by Dos Maderas Rum PX, adds in fresh pineapple and passion fruit for a tart and tropical cocktail. Ingredients 1 ½ oz rum 5 chunks muddled pineapple ¾ oz lime juice ¾ oz passion fruit puree 4 oz ginger beer Directions In a mixing glass, muddle 5 pineapple chunks. Add rum, lime juice, and passion fruit puree. Top with ice and shake vigorously. Add ginger beer to the mixing glass, and strain into an iced mule mug. Garnish and serve. Rate It Print
