Simply stir together a couple bottles of rosé, some lemonade, gin, Campari, and berries for a drink that's just-sweet-enough and totally refreshing. There are some sangria vibes happening with this cocktail thanks to the fruit that infuses it, and there's even a hint of Negroni thanks to the Campari and gin. Shop for a light, dry rosé for a more balanced drinking experience, and use any berries you have on hand. Ingredients 2 (750-ml) bottles dry rosé wine 3 cups fresh berries 1 cup lemonade 4 oz gin 2 oz Campari 1/4 cup granulated sugar Directions Stir together rosé, berries, lemonade, gin, Campari, and sugar in a pitcher until sugar dissolves, about 2 minutes. Refrigerate, covered, for 4 to 8 hours. Serve over ice. (To make even earlier, combine all ingredients except berries; cover and refrigerate for up to 1 day. Add berries and refrigerate, covered, for 4 hours before serving.)
