Ingredients

  • 3 cups heavy cream

  • ¼ cup elderflower liqueur, such as St. Germain

  • 12 ounces cookies, such as gingersnaps, speculoos, or vanilla wafers, crushed

  • 3 ½ pounds mixed fresh berries (such as strawberries, blackberries, raspberries) and currants, if desired 

Directions

  1. Beat heavy cream with elderflower liqueur until soft peaks form. Layer cream with cookies and berries, creating 3 layers of each.
